These Terms of Service govern your use of myskincarediary, operated by Matthew Morgan Software Development LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use myskincarediary. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.
Notify us immediately at admin@myskincarediary.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

myskincarediary offers a paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees when due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create — diary entries, photos, product lists, and notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you through the service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service.
Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on another person's rights.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep myskincarediary available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matthew Morgan Software Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@myskincarediary.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 7 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
